Open Zscaler.

Step 2

Go to the More section.

Step 3

Press the Repair App button.

Step 4

Quickly reload the blocked site you're going to.

If you don't reload quick enough, it won't work.

There is a time frame where you can't repair app again after you've repaired app. It's only around 15 seconds to a minute.
